How does Tentoo for Self-Employed differ from a regular accountant?

Just like a regular accountant, Tentoo for the Self-Employed (TVZ) takes care of entering your purchase and sales invoices and declaring your VAT and personal income taxes. However, we go a few steps further. TVZ creates sales invoices on your behalf and makes monthly reservations for your VAT, social security contributions and personal income tax. That way you know perfectly what part of your salary you can spend. In addition, we take your accounts receivable management off your hands. You often even get your wages deposited before your clients have even paid. Moreover, you know perfectly well in advance what our services will cost, since you pay a fixed percentage operating cost on your sales invoices. When you earn nothing, you also pay nothing. Finally, we assist you with personal advice, free of charge and for nothing. That way you can focus on growing your business!
How much does it cost to use Tentoo for the Self-Employed?

Prepayment of your wages, with no unexpected costs. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, start believing: because that’s exactly what Tentoo for Self-Employed stands for. We work with a fixed percentage operating cost on the invoice amount. That way you know perfectly well what to expect and you don’t pay any fees when you don’t earn anything yourself either. For a self-employed natural person, we take 7.5% operating cost on the invoice amount (with a maximum of €3000/year and a minimum of €480/year). And do you turn over less than €25,000 in sales and fall under the VAT exemption scheme or are you a student self-employed person? Then we take 5.5% operating cost (with a maximum of €3000/year and a minimum of €480/year). That’s fair, right?
Can you freelance without self-employed status?

Yes! Freelancing through Tentoo can be done with or without self-employed status. In the latter case, we talk about payrolling.
